Setting yourself up to work smarter and promote your biz with less stress in 2023.

In this 2.5 hour session, facilitated by Vermont Womenpreneurs cofounder and owner of Radiance Studios Mieko Ozeki, we take a 30,000 foot view on our businesses: reflecting on how our businesses operated in 2022, goals we set for 2023 that align with life working on and out of your business, and identify areas of delegation to optimize your skills and interest in your work. After mapping out these aspects, you'll draft a work plan with your goals that will serve as a guiding document on how you'll operate your business a bit more sanely and effectively.

The second half of this work session, you will work on your 2023 marketing calendar: identifying opportunities for marketing (online and offline) and drafting campaigns that align with your work plan.

This work session is an opportunity to step back from working in your business and for the moment work on your business with accountability among your peers.
